Futures and foresight are used to look at scenarios of the possible, probable and desired futures. Let's work towards a desireable future, where our children's children will have a real choice of clean air, water and food and a happy life. As for the picture in the header, a possible future?

Futures and foresight

Futures and foresight are used to look at scenarios of the possible, probable and desired futures. Bill has successfully completed both Graduate Certertificate in Sustainability and a Graduate Certificate of Futures and Foresight, online with Swinburne University and the Australian Foresight Institute.

His aim was, as a farmer dedicated to creating a sustainable future, to gain a better understanding of the science underpinning his experience in sustainable farming and the future of farming in a world dominated by climate change and diminishing cheap energy.

Let's work towards a desireable future, where our children and future generations will remember us as having the courage and foresight to ensure that they have real and meaningful choice of a good and happy life.
